Virtual Operations Committee Meeting
The Operations Committee is responsible for all aspects of the DPFC store operations including but not limited to: store layout, product-line, staffing, point of sale, packaging and security systems. Construction on the Detroit Food Commons is projected to begin in the summer of 2021.
The DPFC Operations Committee meets the 4th Wednesday of each month from 5:30-6:30 PM. Due to Covid-19, in-person meetings have been replaced with virtual meetings via Zoom.
